“Which Way?” is coming ……..!!!

We are delighted to be working with Learn By Design in order to deliver a virtual careers event to showcase local employment & education opportunities and support young people across schools and colleges within the LEP area of Devon, Somerset, Torbay and Plymouth.

The event will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your sector and any Apprenticeships, Traineeships, T-Levels, Kickstart, Internships, Work Experience or general vacancies you may have.

The experience will give students the opportunity to explore live presentations/video content from both local and national employers and we will encourage you to engage with Q&As, quizzes and much more in order to support young people make informed choices about future career options and pathways.  Targeted sessions will run across three days/evenings for each year group, taking place on 27^th, 28^th & 29th April 2021. Students will be suitably prepped, teaching resources will be provided and follow up evaluations will take place.

There are three levels as to how you, as an exhibitor, can get involved – all options completely free of charge. Level 1 is the most straight forward and level 3 requires greater preparation and time commitment.

All contributors to the event are asked to provide their information and resources by the 26th March.

What is the careers fair?
Aimed at Years 7-13, the event will connect young people with local and
national employers, and further and higher education across Devon,
Somerset, Plymouth and Torbay, broadening horizons and raising aspirations
through career-related learning. The 3-day event, taking place on the 27th
,
28th and 29th April, will involve a virtual exhibition as well as 6 live
sessions.

What do you need to do?
There are three levels to how you, as an exhibitor, can get involved – all options
completely free of charge. Level 1 is the most straight forward and level 3 requires
greater preparation and time commitment. Please take a look below and let us
know what level best suits you as an organisation, we will then contact you and
ask you to complete the exhibitor fact file and send across any further resources.
