An online course to help understand the range of modern tools and techniques designed to help organisations with uncertainty.

Petroc, in partnership with the European Social Fund (ESF), are offering a fully funded online course aimed at leaders and managers. To be eligible for the funding you will need to provide proof of age and the right to live and work in the UK.

In these unprecedented times many traditional approaches to managing businesses, teams and individuals are unable to respond quickly and effectively to the challenges we now face. However, there are a whole range of modern tools and techniques designed specifically to help organisations thrive with uncertainty.

You are invited to join us for a series of four fully funded 2 hour interactive tutorials and to explore some of the tools and techniques that support:

Session 1 (available from 22nd July 2020) Leadership – working effectively in the new world that is emerging

Session 2 (available from 29th July 2020) Team Development – Understand how to bring out the best in your teams and individuals

Session 3 (available from 5th August 2020) Problem Solving – find creative answers to familiar and unfamiliar problems

Session 4 (available from 12th August 2020) Business Improvement – how to effectively review and map business processes

Participants are expected to attend all four sessions to complete the course and receive certification.

There are a limited number of places available and applications will be assessed to ensure candidates meet the entry requirements and have sufficient capability, at the right level, to undertake the learning. Book your place via Eventbrite:
